You don’t have to navigate mental health challenges alone. I offer compassionate and collaborative medication management grounded in respect, and whole-person healing. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. I have a special interest in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating identity exploration, religious trauma, and chronic stress or burnout. I am open minded and non-judgmental; we work together to clarify goals, explore treatment options, and make decisions that feel aligned and empowering.
