Therapy is truly a unique process for each person. As a therapist, I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. My approaches are varied and individualized for each client, at the core I believe in taking a relational and client centered approach as my foundation for all my clients. I view myself as a guide in your processing of thoughts and feelings and take great pride in holding space for my clients when they are not feeling their best and really need that unbiased viewpoint. Therapy can get tough at times, it can feel worse before it gets better. Trust the process, I've seen the power of healing!
