I work with clients who are looking to live more authentically, to know themselves at an honest and in-depth level, to learn to accept the parts of themselves they have wanted to hide, those who want to acknowledge and work through anxiety, depression, lack of accountability or responsibility in their life, and those who are creative artists or entrepreneurs that may feel scattered or lost. I work with clients who are feeling stuck, in their relationships, career, or within themselves. I work from a somatic perspective, incorporating contemporary Reichian theory and Ecopsychology principles, among many other modalities.
