As they say on an airplane, "place your oxygen mask on first before assisting others". It’s hard to care for children, parents, friends or family, if you’re not first caring for yourself. I welcome any client who is looking to help themselves. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, your self-esteem and social relationships aren’t where you’d like them to be, parenting effectively feels nearly impossible, or anything in between, I’m here to help. I began working with children in schools and developed a love for supporting the adults who care for them.
