Has maintaining healthy relationships been difficult? Are you often consumed with worry or sadness? Do past traumas weigh on you, negatively impacting your present experiences? I am experienced in supporting adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and low self-esteem. Many I have worked with have tried to cope by avoiding parts of themselves that are hard to face, or numbing feelings with substance abuse. I am here to support as people work toward healing emotional wounds, deepening self-awareness and self-compassion, and developing healthy, effective coping skills.
