I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with teens, adults, and families on a variety of issues including life transitions, emotion regulation, parenting issues, anxiety, and trauma. I take a nonjudgmental, holistic approach to therapy and works to meet clients where they are. My goal is to help clients heal and feel empowered to take control of their lives. I work to provide a safe and trusting environment regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation. I focus on a strength based approach when working with clients.
