While vulnerable, healthy people seek therapy because not avoiding and recognizing you need support, is a sign of strength. I provide therapy to people coping with life changes, relationship stressors, loss, trauma, depression/anxiety, infertility, health issues, parenting, or job challenges (including the military). It's important to find a therapist with skill and training, however positive outcomes in therapy largely depend on the relationship you build. Coming from a nonjudgemental, relationship focused, & insight-oriented approach, we will work in partnership to identify helpful and unhelpful behaviors and life patterns, that may be unconscious -- but are affecting your daily life. Building this awareness, can help you move from a place of struggle to becoming more at ease.
