Do you often put others first, say yes when you want to say no, or feel overwhelmed by expectations? You may appear high-functioning on the outside while feeling anxious, drained, or disconnected from your own needs. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to keep holding everything together alone. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, and major life transitions. Many of the clients I support identify as people-pleasers who struggle with boundaries, guilt, and self-doubt—often within relationships, work, or family systems shaped by cultural expectations.
