We all know life comes with its ups and downs and sometimes we struggle with how to navigate this crazy journey called life. Therapy can be a scary thing to start when it is the unknown, however, I am here in hopes of bringing new light to your life. I am an MFTC working with individuals, couples, and families. I work with clients using different types of therapy modalities (listed below) that are most fitting for the client and client-therapist relationship. I also often work with kiddos as young as age 4 using play therapy techniques.
