My practice is grounded in traditional, insight-oriented talk therapy and analysis. This approach provides you the space, guidance and support needed to explore areas of your life that will promote introspection and healing. I pride myself on helping my clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their thoughts and behaviors. I’m trained in Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Structural Family Therapy, TF-CBT and am a Psychoanalytic post-graduate candidate. My passion is helping others realize and achieve their potential. I work with adolescents (16+), and adults & couples, who experience anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, performance or relationship issues, parenting, and more. I am a NJ certified Clinical Supervisor and work with clinicians obtaining licensure and/or seeking psychodynamic supervision.
