Experiencing a change of any kind can disrupt one's life in many ways. I specialize in working with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and relationship problems. I also support clients dealing with grief & loss, infertility and health issues. I have over 15 years of experience working with families and teens in the system who are suffering from trauma, self-harming behaviors, and peer-related issues. I am also skilled in working with First Responders/Military and their families and offer nonjudgmental support. I focus on meeting my clients where they are at and creating a safe space for healing.
