Whether you're facing relationship issues, stress, depression or other mental health concerns, I am here to help you navigate your journey towards healing and growth. I specialize in relational therapy, as well as working with adolescents and children. I provide play therapy and expressive arts techniques when appropriate, as each deserves an approach that works most effectively for them. I had additional training in working with couples, specifically through EFT, Gottman level 1 and PREPARE/ENRICH.
