I primarily use an integrated interpersonal approach. This style of therapy focuses on modeling a healthy working relationship that can be applied to other relationships in one's life in order to reduce stressors and dysfunction. Interpersonal therapy also allows me to incorporate interventions from other therapy approaches, as needed, without compromising the overall therapeutic relationship.
