Handling day to day life with anxiety, Autism, or ADHD takes a ton of energy - finding a therapist with experience with severe or long-term mental illness can be equally exhausting. As a clinical psychologist, I have the training and experience necessary to help life seem a little less overwhelming. My clients often find that they have visited many therapists, but never seem to feel understood or make progress. This is even more difficult for neurodivergent clients (or those who wonder if they have Autism or ADHD), as it's difficult to get a clear diagnosis. This leads to a long-term, frustrating cycle of trying to find a good fit.
