I really like helping clients who are seeking help for life's challenges. These goals can range from reviewing life decisions to developing ways of working through trauma. Some common issues I see in my practice are anxiety, depression, grief, communication and relationship issues. Basically my approach is to meet each client where they are. Although I have knowledge and skills that can be beneficial, I like for the client to be in the driver's seat. I want client's to feel free to express their thoughts and emotions in the safe space I provide.
