At times we may feel lost or overwhelmed. We may have uncertainty when it comes to navigating challenges we face. We seek freedom from our struggles and more balance in our day-to-day lives. That is where therapy with me comes in to play. In my office, I believe that there is a place for every person to be who they are while learning ways to navigate the world around them. In my work with clients, we work as a team in order to build up healthy strategies to cope, explore deeper reasons behind our struggles, and heal from past hurts.
