I believe what is most effective in therapy is finding someone who makes you feel truly seen and heard. Finding one's voice is challenging enough, and going unheard or misunderstood can be incredibly lonely and can alter our perceptions of our lives, our futures, and ourselves. I enjoy supporting others in finding their voice and rediscovering who they are through each chapter they encounter in their lives. The therapy journey can be long and on-going but is worth every step of effort to reach the level of healing and confidence we all deserve.
