I specialize in helping children, teens, and women move from a place of 'just surviving' to a life where they feel safe, grounded, and free from the shadows of the past. Due to my experience, I have learned that therapy is never a one-size-fits-all outcome. I respect that individual needs are different and I have made it an appoint to educate myself on the best modalities to support that. Although I most frequently lean on CBT, EMDR, IFS, and Animal-Assisted Therapy, I am able to adapt to your therapeutic needs.
