Hi, my name is Melinda Nafal. My passion for helping others began approximately 10 years ago. Starting in a small community and working with various populations, I have gradually built a strong clinical foundation primarily in trauma psychotherapy. With almost a decade of extensive clinical experience, I continue to help individuals who have struggled with life altering events that have left them with emotional pain and suffering. My treatment stems from a holistic approach. Combining methodologies from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as natural health.
