You may struggle with anxiety, difficulty trusting others, or feeling disconnected from yourself. You are ready for trauma-informed therapy to heal more deeply, to reclaim your voice, and feel safe in your body and relationships. You may be juggling a demanding career or high expectations while feeling burned out or struggling with self-esteem. You are seeking support that honors both your ambition and emotional well-being without guilt or judgment. I’m especially passionate about supporting women as they navigate life transitions, process grief, and heal from experiences of domestic violence and sexual assault. I also work closely with career-driven mothers balancing multiple roles. I identify as a kink-aware, sex-positive therapist who supports clients in navigating their identities and relationships.
