I will provide evidenced based practices to each client during these brave moments. I have experience in addressing codependency, depression, anxiety, PTSD, life adjustments, generational trauma, relationship issues, and grief. I am trained in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and I have received training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy to address traumatic experiences. I also have collaborated with individuals diagnosed with chronic mental illness, as a crisis interventionist providing suicide assessments.
