Hi, I’m Shawn. Life can be challenging and we all experience difficult seasons. I’m here to help. Over the past 20 years, I have been fortunate to work and counsel different age groups, from young children to college students, couples and families, and finally to the elderly in long term health care. I have experience in school based and clinical settings. These age groups all experience a variety of life concerns including depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem issues, charting life changes and goal setting.
