Melissa is a Licensed Social Worker who has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montclair State University and a Masters of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. Melissa successfully completed the Rutgers Addiction Counselor Training (ACT) Certificate Program. Melissa possesses experience providing clinical services to adolescents, adults, families, and groups. Melissa assesses and utilizes a variety of interventions and approaches that best match the needs of the client, including CBT, DBT, MI, trauma-focused, Strength-based, and person-centered therapy.
