Hi, I’m Dr. Melissa Boston, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (NY/CT) who works with adolescents, young adults, and emerging adults. I enjoy supporting teens and young people as they navigate challenges and move toward greater emotional well-being. I focus on really getting to know each person I work with and understanding what’s going on beneath the surface. My experience includes a range of clinical settings such as hospitals, mental health clinics, residential treatment programs, and private practice, which allows me to tailor therapy to the unique needs of each individual.
