I strive to be a therapist that helps clients directly and creatively. My availability is before 3:00p at this time due to my afternoons and evening times being full. I specialize in helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, and life transitions using a blend of evidence-based and expressive therapies. I am trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Sand Tray Therapy, Play Therapy, and incorporate both cognitive and mind-body approaches to promote healing and resilience. I also offer faith-based counseling for those who desire it, integrating spiritual values with clinically proven techniques. I respect each person’s individual journey and tailor my approach to support your specific goals and needs.
