Being a client centered therapist, I focus heavily on the therapeutic relationship and on really hearing my client's needs, strengths, and barriers. I will help identify strengths and resources that can aid in overcoming obstacles and actively bring about change. I specialize in relationships, communication, and parenting. I have ongoing continuing training in these topics as well as neuroanatomy and psychophysiology, biofeedback and mindfulness, anxiety and executive functioning issues.
