I have worked with a very diverse group of people throughout my career as I have spent most of my career working, developing, and managing community mental health programs. I have extensive experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, sexual identity issues, life transitions, burnout, stress management, personality disorders, mood disorders, psychosis, and trauma histories. I strive to empower people to see their full potential and worth through a client-centered, strength-based approach.
