If you find yourself struggling to get from day to day, feeling lost, confused, unmotivated, or are unsure of how to manage a situation, then now is the right time to come in and talk about it. Having these feelings can be overwhelming and make you feel like you can't overcome them, but you can. Together we can take the steps necessary to get you in a better positon to tackle your struggles. I offer individual counseling as well as art therapy for children as young as 5 years old, teens, and adults. Talking about your problems is a wonderful way to help you work through your issues, but it may not be enough for some. Sometimes we are unable to resolve/identify our struggles with words alone, and that's when art therapy can be very useful.
