I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I counsel people when they are facing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, marital problems, adjusting to a divorce, parenting issues, family conflicts, step family issues, and interpersonal struggles. I believe that counseling can become the first step a person, couple or family needs to address these hardships and learn the essential skills for healthier living. My goal is to help people gain insight into the challenges they face and work together to overcome them. I take the time to learn about each client not only as an individual, but as a partner, a family member, and a part of their community.
