I support and provide therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing mood disorders, C/PTSD and trauma, life transitions, existential concerns, are navigating neurodivergence/ADHD, building healthy relationships, breaking generational cycles, and seeking to thrive in a difficult world. I have a deep passion for supporting those who exist outside society’s traditional norms. I am neurodivergence-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and poly & kink-affirming. I am fat-positive and body-neutrality informed, and informed on chronic illness, disability, and the adoptee experience. I am under the supervision of Jennifer Yaeger, CPCS 1746. A skilled clinician and diagnostician with 15+ years experience, I've supported clients through trauma, mental illness, and exploring neurodivergence. I use a relational/psychodynamic approach and include evidence-based therapies like DBT, ACT, CT-R, as well as creative interventions that may include expressive therapies and therapeutically-applied TTRPGs.
