You want the anxiety to take a backseat and just feel a sense of contentment again. You want things to change for the better and understand the WHY. You need to be heard, you need feedback, you need to just let it all out to someone. You want to feel hopeful again and enjoy this only life you have. I work with adults throughout the lifespan, specializing in trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and treating women. I offer you a space to be heard and process your emotions and experiences to help you gain greater agency over your life. I use a combination of approaches including CBT, EMDR, ACT, and solution focused work to guide my practice.
