Hi! My name is Melissa. I know that life can get very heavy at times. Please know that you are never alone and we can walk through it together. My ideal clients are children, adolescents, adults, and couples seeking support with managing emotions, improving relationships, and navigating life’s challenges. They may be experiencing anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, parenting challenges, or difficulty communicating effectively. I also have experience with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
