Life is a journey and sometimes we may need a little help along the way. On life's journey we may experience anxiety, depression, grief or trauma which me may lead us feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, fearful or angry. Sometime we may need someone to walk beside us on the journey to assist in overcoming and healing from life's ups and downs. I completed my internship with the U.S. Army Chaplain’s Corp providing counseling for the Army community. I have extensive experience working with and treating individuals and families that have experienced trauma, adjustment issues and other unexpected events that life has placed in their path. I have had the opportunity to be trained as an EMDR provider.
