I believe the key to successful treatment is creating a safe, non-judgmental space that enhances a shared curiosity and connection. I will work with you to identify thoughts and behaviors that may be limiting your potential to lead your most fulfilling and meaningful life. I am committed to understanding how you experience yourself and the world around you and will strive to cultivate an environment in which we can work collaboratively to achieve lasting change. I work with adults and adolescents, 14 years and older, helping them overcome trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and other mental health struggles. I value and utilize the therapeutic relationship and look forward to helping others feel more grounded and present in their life.
