I am a clinical social worker providing individual therapy to clients for over 25 years providing treatment for depression, anxiety, pregnancy related conditions, relationship issues, as well as many other challenges that life may bring. I tailor my approach with clients based on what the needs and motivations are. My counseling style is supportive and collaborative. I believe in providing a safe and comfortable setting that ensures an environment conducive to examining and treating the issues presented and working towards solutions.
