Change occurs when individuals are provided the safety and security of expression, validation, exploring problems, underlying patterns of behaviors or unmet needs and identifying solutions. I work to empower individuals to take steps towards recovery. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Theory. I use trauma-informed skills in all interventions.
