It’s time consuming to sort through profiles; and for that I am so glad you’ve found your way here. I can be there to support you where you’re at right now. Therapy can feel overwhelming; maybe you've asked- where do I start? That is super common! Therapy is more than talking; it’s a safe, healing space filled with both laughter and tears. It’s all welcome and part of the process. I work well with individuals who overwhelmed by their anxious or depressive symptoms, ADHD, or navigating conflict.
