My work is for people who are ready to go deeper — those who’ve already done some inner work yet sense there’s still something unresolved beneath the surface. I believe my purpose is to help others feel connected and know they are not alone in their healing journey. Drawing from both my personal experience and years working in residential treatment centers for substance use and addiction, I blend Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Applied Neurology to create change on emotional, physical, and nervous-system levels — helping clients build a healthier relationship with themselves and the world around them.
