My name is Melissa J. Pena, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Modesto, California and working with clients statewide via Telehealth. I have work with adolescents and mostly specialize in depression, stress, anxiety and ADHD using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and teaching social skills to help improve the functioning of my clients. My experience in the field has been working with adolescents and young adults who are dealing with challenges in the home, school or community setting.
