Hello! Hola! My name is Melissa. At the heart of my work is helping people feel less alone and more connected to their own strength. I support clients facing anxiety, life transitions, or the weight of feeling stuck. Therapy with me is a space to show up as you are, and together we’ll navigate challenges with compassion, honesty, and steady support. I have worked in an Inpatient psychiatric facility, Crisis settings, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Co-Occurring Disorder Programs. I have gained knowledge in issues of substance abuse, suicide prevention, depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
