Melissa treats children (6+), adolescents and adults within the contexts of their families and spouses. Melissa's experience includes successful work with couples therapy, parenting issues, blended families, mood disorders, child development, depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, grief and loss, PTSD – Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, abuse, and trauma. Melissa holds a MS degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University. She also earned a BS degree in Psychology with a Bible minor from North Central University. Melissa is a facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich Inventory designed for the assessment and is trained in EMDR therapy to help process trauma and negative self-beliefs.
