About
I am currently on maternity leave from October 2025 – January 2026. I’ll begin returning to practice in February 2026 and look forward to reconnecting. I’m a Certified Internal Family Systems Therapist and I offer therapy to adults to address grief and loss, anxiety and depression, and the stress, isolation and anxiety related to infertility. And I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) integration sessions as an imperative component to the ketamine experience. Additionally, I offer consultation to therapists and clinical supervision to social workers, and teach a course on Conflict Management to individuals and organizations. I am an Internal Family Systems Certified Therapist. IFS is a transformative, efficient, and evidence-based psychotherapy that helps people heal by accessing and loving their protective and wounded inner parts. IFS language is powerful and provides a way to look at oneself and others differently. Most importantly, it respects your experience of any problem.
