As a trauma-informed counselor, I empower my clients to navigate challenges such as life transitions, identity development, complicated bereavement, mental illness, and relationship/family stressors (LGBT+). I work with a broad spectrum of diagnoses, diverse cultural backgrounds, and all ages. I firmly believe my clients are the experts on their lives and take a collaborative approach in deconstructing the impact of dominant cultural and generational narratives on an individual's experience. I am the author of The Anatomy of an Altered Awakening, and the soul behind The Academy of Altered Awakenings (2026 TikTok Exclusive) I specialize in adolescent adjustment issues, including school, family, and identity challenges. I am fluent in several modalities, including dialectical behavioral therapy, mentalization-based therapy, and narrative therapy.
