My passion and purpose are to support people in finding their path to a fulfilling life. I am a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of experience. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, religious trauma and spiritual abuse, perinatal mood disorders, low self-esteem, self-doubt, trauma and abuse, parenting challenges and the everyday stressors of life. My approach incorporates aspects of wellness, self-care and mindfulness to support your ability to cope while also focusing on core issues. My work is depth oriented and is tailored to your individual needs.
