Sometimes, life is hard. In today’s world, many of us are faced with more pressures and complicated circumstances than ever before. When facing these challenges, it affects many aspects of our lives, including relationships with family and friends, day-to-day functioning, and the ability to move forward. Providing a safe space to work through these challenges facilitates true growth and healing. My professional experience has centered around working with teens and adults both in-person and online in Louisiana. I work with clients on trauma and stress, life transitions and relationship concerns, and adoption-related issues.
