My ideal client wants to enjoy their life and relationships more, notices patterns repeated in their lives, is reflective. Though many of us were wounded in childhood, few of us have had the opportunity to work through the challenges life presented. I look through the lens of our history and relationships to get under the surface of our symptoms. Our time together aims to bring relief from worries, fears, stress, low self-esteem & self-blame which greatly constrict our lives. I also work with separating & divorcing families, as a coach and coparent counselor to reduce conflict and put kids as the central focal point.
