I have spent over 28 years in the health field, and throughout my journey, I've come to realize my deep passion for mental health. I strive to be a genuine, warm, and approachable presence for my clients, creating a safe space where they can share their struggles, even during the toughest times. With experience working with women and young adults, and as a mother of four in a large family, I truly understand the complexities of life and relationships.
