I work with individuals (16yrs+) struggling with anxiety, depression, dissociation, self-harm, ADHD, identity exploration, and relational issues. I am a ADHD-certified clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP), who enjoys working with a neurodivergent, queer, sex-positive, and kink-allied approach to helping you overcome various challenges. Through effective coping mechanisms, challenging negative thought patterns, and fostering resilience, our collaborative journey will be focused on restoring what feels missing and settling what feels scattered.
