We are a group practice offering EMDR, trauma-focused, evidence-based, and play therapy for children and adults, available both online and in person. Our compassionate, culturally sensitive team provides a safe, welcoming space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. We support clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, gender identity exploration, and parenting challenges, tailoring care to each person’s unique needs. With openings in the evenings and some weekends, we strive to make therapy accessible and flexible for every schedule, helping clients build resilience, confidence, and lasting emotional well-being. Our practice offers play therapy for children, couples therapy, EMDR, and evidence-based care for teens and adults, available online and in person. We provide a warm, supportive space to help clients navigate trauma, emotional challenges, and relationships while fostering healing and growth.
