Hello! I've been a therapist for 30 years and have had many opportunities to witness courage and resiliency. Along with their struggles and concerns, clients bring many strengths including creativity, humor, kindness, forgiveness and compassion. Being a therapist has brought meaning and fulfillment to my life. I can't imagine doing anything else. I'm most experienced and interested in working with couples to improve their relationships at any stage of life and with individuals concerned with anxiety, life transitions, or depression.
